About this calculator
Estimates creatinine clearance from age, weight, sex and serum creatinine. It is the measure used for dose adjustment of many drugs, including direct oral anticoagulants.
FormulaCrCl = (140 − age) × weight (kg) ÷ (72 × creatinine in mg/dL), × 0.85 if female.
